Crown Commercial Service, Category Manager for the Supply Teachers Agreement

I’m the Commercial Manager for the Supply Teachers team at Crown Commercial Service and have been part of the organisation for the past seven years. I work closely with schools and suppliers to help make sure education staff are sourced efficiently, fairly, and in a way that delivers real value.

Before joining CCS, I worked in recruitment, which gave me a solid grounding in how the staffing industry works and the challenges customers, suppliers and candidates face. That experience really helps me bridge the gap between commercial thinking and the needs of schools.

I’m passionate about supporting schools and making a difference through smart, practical procurement solutions.

Crown Commercial Service, Commercial Lead - HR & Workforce

I am the CCS Commercial Lead for Supply Teachers and Non Clinical Staffing. My current role involves me overseeing management of frameworks and sectors relating to Health and Education. I have worked at CCS for 13 years across various functions including, Clinical Workforce, Estates Management and Procurement Operations.

I am a self-confessed ‘policy-nerd’ and shamelessly enjoy the aspects of my role related to contract and policy.

Crown Commercial Service, Associate Commercial Practitioner

I currently serve as the Associate Commercial Practitioner within the Supply Teachers Team at Crown Commercial Service, where I am responsible for the day-to-day management and operational delivery of the framework agreement. In this role, I work closely with stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation and smooth running of the agreement, supporting schools and educational institutions in sourcing high-quality supply teaching staff.

I joined CCS ten months ago, marking my first role within the public sector. Prior to this, I built a successful career over eight years in the retail industry as a merchandiser, where I developed strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management skills, and a keen eye for data analysis.
