Join APSCo Virtual Roundtable for our recruitment company members: Navigating the 2026 Umbrella Company Reforms

In April 2026, major reforms to the umbrella company sector are set to take effect; potentially reshaping the landscape by placing the responsibility and liability for PAYE compliance onto recruitment businesses and in some cases end-clients. While the changes aim to tackle tax non-compliance and increase transparency across the labour supply chain, many questions remain unanswered. There is still a lack of clarity around how PAYE obligations will work in practice and how much time businesses will have to implement the necessary systems and processes.

Join us for an open and engaging virtual roundtable where you can share your thoughts, raise concerns, and explore the potential impact on your business. This is your chance to highlight any unintended consequences and be part of a collective discussion.
