Dudley is a highly experienced lawyer with international and domestic experience, Dudley advises on commercial, regulatory and technology matters with specialisations in financial technology, cyber risk, privacy and strategic sourcing and supply projects.
Dudley has advised a variety of clients on major technology arrangements, and he has over 20 years’ experience practising across Australia, Europe and the UK, and has worked on projects based in a range of countries, including the Philippines, India and across South America.
In addition to commercial, regulatory and specialised technology matters, Dudley advises a range of technology suppliers on the provision of managed services, hosting, maintenance and support and product and service supply solutions to medium and large Australian-based corporates and government clients.
Gadens, Senior Associate
Eve is a Senior Associate in the Intellectual Property and Technology Group. She has broad range of experience in privacy, data protection, commercial contracting, technology (including emerging technologies), media and advertising, consumer law and intellectual property law. She is focused on provided practical commercial advice to her clients. Eve has also worked as an in-house legal counsel in London at a global media and advertising agency.
Eve has experience related to advising on privacy compliance and assisting complex business with uplifting their privacy and data compliance, drafting and negotiating a range of commercial agreements, and has advised on the development of apps and digital platforms as well as cyber breach incident responses.
Eve was named as a winner of the Australasian Lawyer Rising Stars award for 2023.
