APSCo Awards for Excellence 2024 winners announced

2024 APSCo Awards for Excellence Sponsors The Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo) and APSCo OutSource have announced the latest tranche of winners for their prestigious Awards for Excellence. The coveted annual awards – sponsored this year by Access Recruitment, Barclays, Mishcon de Reya and Workwell International, and Netive for APSCo OutSource - are recognised as a badge of high quality and outstanding service. They showcase firms that are committed to delivering best-in-class recruitment and outsourcing solutions.

The winners were announced on the 25th September at an invitation only lunch held at the Royal Institute of British Architects. During the event, guests were treated to a special presentation from Ade McCormack, founder of the Intelligent Leadership Hub on the talent revolution and how the definition of ‘talent’ is changing in the digitally enabled world. As Ade highlighted, AI and technology may allow more time to think, but it will also mean that recruiters have to work harder, making it more important to be a leader of excellence today.

In a year when APSCo UK celebrates its 25th anniversary, it was fantastic to see so many members and Trusted Partners submitting award entries that showcase their focus on delivering the added value solutions and striving for excellence in everything they do. I know the judges had a difficult time choosing winners from the high-quality entries they received.
